We were very impressed with Megan's initiative during the interview process and was able to provide references for us. I hired her to help us with our toddler, newborn twins, and the house for three months while we got on our feet. My toddler immediately took to her and always was excited to see her and play with her. Megan is easy to be with, thoughtful, and personable. She has been respectful of our parenting preferences and isn't afraid to ask questions. She has helped with baby baths, diapers, feeding, our toddler, cooking, laundry, and cleaning. She has been very willing to do whatever we need done. She has been very good at communicating, is dependable, and punctual. We will definitely be hiring her again and highly recommend her.
