About Bailey

As a nanny of nine years, I pride myself in my extensive knowledge and experience in multiple childcare philosophies and child-rearing practices, such as the Montessori model. In addition to this, my experience includes specialized skills of working with neurodivergent children, having worked with both ASD and ADHD. It is only natural that my patient, caring, and trustworthy personality extends to the children I provide care for. Flexibility, responsibility, and being a self-starter are all within my strong suits, though my skills reach far beyond just those. I own a safe, child friendly vehicle, and am a non-smoker. I am deeply committed to fostering a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can thrive and reach their fullest potential.
