She was unreliable but we figured it was just unfortunate circumstances (health, car accident). Finally, one weekend, after we confirmed with her via text that she would be there the following day for her shift, she just didn't show up for work and completely ghosted us. Did not reply to texts or phone calls. Never knew what happened to her. I would NOT hire her. I would have given her zero stars, but I couldn't do that and submit the review.
