I like tutoring because the individualized instruction I can give a child makes all the difference to both of us. Children will rise to the level of instruction provided. I started tutoring when I retired from public education. I've been tutoring the same child for the last 5 years and off and on with others. One thing you should know about me is that I am very confident in my teaching ability. I have a proven track record of success with Elementary level students, and 4th grade is my specialty.
