For the last 8 years, I have been taking care of my mother and father. My mother had Parkinson's disease, heart failure and dementia. She passed in 2019. Since then I have been caring for my 84-year-old father who is transitioning into Skilled Nursing. My Dad has heart disease, polio (no use of his legs) and lymphedema. I am well rounded in various areas and love to take care of people. I am also married and have a 14-year-old daughter. I do not work as my time is primarily spent with my father.
