About Chelangie

I am a sophomore at Nova Southeastern University, majoring in pediatric nursing. With over a year of experience as a kindergarten afterschool counselor, I am a creative and patient childcare provider passionate about helping children learn and grow. I also have hands-on experience caring for my younger sisters (15, 13, and 13) and my little cousins (now 3 and 2), whom I've cared for since they were babies. I incorporate creativity into childcare through arts and crafts, and imaginative play. I also engage kids in outdoor activities, board games, and educational play. Safety is a priority-I am First Aid and CPR certified-and I ensure a nurturing environment. Additionally, I assist with light housekeeping and carpooling. I have my own vehicle and can help with transportation as needed. I believe in open communication with parents and always follow household rules as directed.
