I hired Ellie to babysit on Mondays and for random date nights. She came two times and acted excited for the position; knowing I was letting go of my current sitter for her, said she was committed. The third time she was supposed to come she canceled on me an hour before arrival time bc she was “sick”. The next time she was supposed to come she texted me an hour before and let me know she doesn’t think she’s the right fit for the job, leaving me with no one at the last minute. Very unreliable!
