About Charlene

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. With 10 years of experience in childcare, I'm skilled at caring for children of all ages, up to 11 years old. I can comfortably take care of up to three children at a time, and I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. Patient, calm, creative, and friendly, I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. Whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text or phone call, or following a parent's preferred communication method, I ensure open and effective communication. My passion for early childhood development led me to pursue a college degree and complete coursework in Early Child Development. I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR, and I've undergone Early Childhood Education (ECE) training.
