Hi! I'm Ceara, and I have a passion for providing thoughtful and attentive support to seniors. I have hands-on experience assisting older adults with a variety of daily tasks, including meal preparation, transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, and companionship. I have also helped with gardening, pet care, and personal care needs. I am patient, understanding, and deeply committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for those I care for. My background includes studying mental health therapy at NC State before transitioning to Durham Tech, where I continue to focus on building skills that foster meaningful connections. I enjoy engaging in activities like running, reading, and painting, which help me bring creativity and positivity to my caregiving approach. Whether it's offering companionship to someone who loves to talk or providing practical support to make daily life easier, I am dedicated to meeting the unique needs of every senior I work with.
