About Caylie

I've always had a passion for working with children, and my experiences in babysitting and at a daycare further solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I'm currently working towards my CDA (Child Development Associates) to enhance my skills. As a patient, calm, creative, and friendly caregiver, I strive to create a nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and have fun. I believe in open communication with parents and prefer to follow their preferred method of communication. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. With three years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of various ages, from infants to preteens. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and possess current CPR and First Aid certifications.
