About Carrot

I have always enjoyed spending time with kids- whether it be as a summer camp counselor, an outdoor youth trip leader, a babysitter/ nanny or cousin. I have been babysitting and nannying on and off since age 14, for a range of ages- from infants to teens. I love encouraging creativity and connection with the kids I care for. I like to lean into play and silliness, while also fostering healthy boundaries and mutual respect. I tend to follow the parent's lead when it comes to rules and expectations. I've been described as easy-going, present, kind, and creative. In my free time I like to cook, read, play guitar, do craft projects, and run/ stay active. I am open to all kinds of care- evening babysitting, regular nannying, helping parents in the home, driving carpools, etc.
