Hello! My name is Carol; I'm a patient, calm, and creative childcare provider with a deep-rooted passion for fostering children's growth and development. With 9 years of experience, and a Master of Clinical Social Work, I've had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of families. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, from infants to preteens (ages 0-11). My approach to childcare centers around open communication. I believe in providing updates about your child's day, whether verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for your child. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, and I have a graduate degree that enhances my ability to provide a nurturing and educational environment. I also have a car and am comfortable with pets. I love playing board games, puzzles, and other educational games that promote learning. I also enjoy creative activities like arts and crafts.
