I’ve known Dierra since her freshman year of high school, and she started nannying for my family during her senior year. She stayed with us for two years and cared for my three boys with so much love and patience. My oldest is 6 and on the autism spectrum, and Dierra was amazing with him—she always found creative ways to keep him engaged and learning. My 3-year-old is very active, and she kept him busy with fun outdoor activities. When my youngest was born, I wasn’t sure anyone could handle all three, but Dierra managed it with calm and care. She truly has a gift for working with kids, especially those with special needs. If I hadn’t become a stay-at-home mom, she’d still be our nanny. Any family would be lucky to have her! -Kylee
