About Caroline

I like working with kids because I love watching them learn. I love the little moments that add up to who they are when they let their personalities shine. I started working with kids when I was 15. I volunteered at a daycare until I was 16, then worked there with my own classroom until I was 18. Since then, I've been a live-in nanny for a family with a 2 - and 4-year-old and done recurring babysitting for multiple families. In my spare time, I love to read and train my 10-month-old Border collie. One thing you should know about me is that I take the safety of the children I watch very seriously. And that includes them feeling safe with me. I like to meet them before I watch them, so they can get comfortable with having me not only as an authority figure they can trust but also as a caregiver they feel safe around.
