About Carolina

Available summer 2025. Experienced childcare professional with a background in babysitting, camp leadership, and early childhood education. I currently work as an infant teacher but have experience with kids from 0 to 17 and can jump in wherever I'm needed. I've completed over 40 DCF hours and have training in Teaching Strategies and Creative Curriculum. I've also worked as an art director for a children's summer program, so I know how to keep kids engaged and entertained while still sneaking in some learning. I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment tailored to each child's developmental needs-with a good mix of structure, creativity, and care.
