Carolina is absolutely the best! She is so attentive to my infant daughter, always giving her full attention and interacting with her in a kind, compassionate way. She also applies her extensive knowledge about child development in her care, and I see how much it benefited my daughter to have these targeted activities that are designed to help her develop her strength and perception. Also, I've frequently asked her questions about infant development and her knowledge has helped me understand what my baby girl is experiencing! I also really appreciate her presence in the household, she is very warm and kind, and at the same time great at letting us feel comfortable when we work from home. She's has been precisely on time 100% of the time (seriously she has never been late!), and exhibits nothing but high quality professionalism. Above all I see how much she genuinely cares about our daughter and the well being of our family. It helped me transition back into working in office knowing that my girl was in great hands, I am so sad that we are moving away and won't be able to continue working with her, but I know how lucky the next family she works with will be.
