This sweet woman has lovingly taken care of my 2 year old and 4 year old as if they were her own children and I cannot recommend her enough. She is fully engaged with them, coming up with creative games, prioritizing time outside rather than with a screen, making their food (she somehow always gets my youngest to eat his veggies), helping me around the house, often leaving our home cleaner than we left it to go to work, helping pick our oldest up from school, communicating with me throughout the day, and she is incredibly reliable. Never a last minute cancellation and is always so eager to help our family when we need someone to care for our kiddos. She's knowledgeable regarding children's developmental stages, a patient professional handling temper tantrums (my oldest has sensory issues that often leads to emotional disregulation and she has been so supportive in navigating that while also considering my two year old's strong will.) If you are lucky enough to come across her profile or have her apply for a job you have posted, hire her. I promise you will not regret it.
