Please note that I have not been an employer of Carmen R., nor a co-worker with her in a paid position. What I offer here is my knowledge and experience with her as a friend and a observer of her in serving and social situations in our church. Carmen is a very compassionate person, whether with children or adults. She would not share names nor any personal identifying details, because of her value for their confidentiality; however she often shared cute and compassionate stories regarding her experiences with care of the children while working in a daycare center. These stories showed her compassion and understanding of children. She has shared likewise, when working with adults, experiences that reflected her concern and compassion for them. In both cases there was often humorous experiences that she told me that must have so enlightened and created a happy atmosphere around her clients.
