We are grateful to Carmen for caring for our daughter for the past 6 months (8-months old to currently 14 months). We hired Carmen part time and she has been a caring and reliable babysitter. She is attentive, sings, reads, and engages with our daughter throughout the time she is with her. She is helpful, adheres to the schedule and assists with light housekeeping. She also provided flexibility and was available for occasional date night.
