Ashley was AMAZING! I needed help with my care for my father over a weekend while I was going to be out of town. Ashley was so responsive to messages through Care.com, and then when we had a phone conversation outside of Care.com to discuss more of the specifics of helping my father. She was knowledgeable, very polite and friendly, and above all open about our needs. She even offered to come to our house the day before she would be working for us as a caregiver to meet my father and me, and to learn the routine to make sure she was going to be a good fit for our coverage needs! I was totally comfortable with her taking care of my father while I was out of town, and she texted me regular updates to make sure I was aware of everything. I will absolutely be reaching out to her again for coverage needs in the future!
