About Carina

Hello my name is Carina and I work at a Montessori School in Mission Viejo. I have tutored several 1st grade children who have graduated our preschool program and have transitioned into public school. I know that the transition from kindergarten to 1st grade coursework can be difficult for young children who are just learning how to navigate through the system and also difficult for the parent who now has to dedicate time to sit and help with homework. That's where I come in, I can help whether that be finding a different method in which to teach the material or simply to sit and monitor that the work is getting finished.
