About Candace

I am the oldest of three girls, so, naturally, my journey into caregiving began with my own sisters, and over the past nine years, I've had the privilege of caring for numerous families and their precious children, ages one to 12. As a caregiver, I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. Patience and creativity are my guiding principles, and I strive to create a balance between fun and learning through various activities, from outdoor games and physical play to board games, puzzles, and educational games. I understand the importance of open communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of communication to ensure they're informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. Regarding household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and reinforcing their expectations consistently.
