As a Certified Nursing Assistant, my passion for supporting families led me to become a childcare provider. I have three years of experience ensuring the well-being and safety of children. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with the children in my care. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication method to ensure they're always informed about their child's day or any issues that arise. I firmly believe in consistency and follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. My aim is to create a harmonious environment where children feel safe, respected, and loved. Playing with children is one of my favorite parts of being a caregiver. I enjoy engaging them in board games and puzzles, as well as educational games that promote learning and development.
