About Caitlin

I love kids! I have 2 little sisters I've helped raise, and love to help and make good habits. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, happy and kind. I like working with kids because they are our future. I think it is important to teach them to be good people. I'm looking for a job that can be flexible with hours, and something that doesn't feel like work. I want this to be a fun experience. I started working with kids when my step mom had my little sisters, I realized how much of an impact you have on them, so I always do my best to teach them. And make sure they are safe and loved. In my spare time, I like to play softball, have fun with my little sisters. I also love to be around friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I have 7 siblings. So I know many types of personalities and interest, respecting all of them. My skills include keeping the kids safe, keeping their minds creative, and helping them be good individuals and work well with others.
