About Phyllis

I have 3 young adults, all doing well in their lives. I come from a military background, my father retired a Marine and we lived in California throughout my father's military career and my mom was a stay at home mom. She watched many children (all ages) and my sister and I would help mom. Then I married my husband who joined the Marine Corp too and we lived in California and started our family there. My husband was always deployed so we made the choice for me to stay home with our children. That's when I followed moms footsteps and was asked numerous times to take care of kids, so I decided to make it official and get a home daycare license so as a certified home daycare provider I did that for a few months and then duty called we had to go overseas, we spent the rest of my husband's military career overseas and I spent my years there teaching conversational English to the locals, taking in locals for a home stay program and watched friends children. I just love children
