We hired Brooke for home health aide services for my mom, she committed to work with us for a couple of days as a trial to ensure the job needs met both her and my parents’ expectations and then she completely ghosted us and stopped responding to multiple messages, two days before we had her booked so we had to scramble for another aide. Very rude and unprofessional after committing to work with someone with health needs.
