Britny helped us out with our 4 y/o twins and 16 month old. She is fantastic. She was great with attending our children’s speech therapies and behavior therapies. continues to work with us (2023) for date nights and occasional babysitting. Britny is very fun, easy to get along with, creative, responsible, nurturing, and and can wear many hats! When people call us as a reference they ask if our nanny had any weakness or areas of improvement — Her “weakness” was that she could get in a rush to clean up after messy activities, meals, etc. So for example, instead of sitting down with the kid and observing/participating/allowing things to get really messy while painting she would maybe keep the activity on the shorter side so as to prevent a big mess from happening and be quick to clean as the mess developed throughout the activity. Definitely one of those negatives that’s also a positive, kind of like the classic answer of “I’m such a perfectionist!” We love her so much and her work she is super dedicated to what she does.
