Cerina babysat our kids a couple of times, and we really liked her. She was engaging and attentive, even while occasionally working from her laptop—something she was upfront about, and we were fine with as long as the kids were safe and well cared for. However, she’s stopped responding to my messages, which has been disappointing. I tried several times to hire her again. While we had a good experience when she was available, I unfortunately can’t recommend her due to the lack of communication.
