About Brianna

I believe in redirection and guidance over shame-driven punishment tactics. I like to balance having fun and carefree moments with introspective, processing moments. A big focus of mine is on building skills to make intentional choices toward their best interest and with the respect of others in mind. I previously worked as a retail manager where I gained experience in understanding a variety of personalities and finding creative solutions to complete tasks using people's strengths and in de-escalating emergency situations. My hobbies include (but are not limited to) singing, dancing, family game nights, dungeons and dragons, organizing themed parties with friends (Galentine's, Harry Potter night, fairy tea party, etc), spending time with my little cousins, traveling, arts and crafts, decorating or revamping my space, hiking, and taking care of my two kitties!
