Sarah is amazing. She is so great with my infant/toddler. He squeals everything time she walks through the door. Sarah is conscientious, bright, cheerful, patient, kind, and engaging with my son. She is very understanding, flexible, and adaptable, has an admirable work ethic and is able to strike a refreshing balance of acting autonomously, taking initiative, and respecting our parenting choices and “rules”, which provides my son with a consistent, predictable home environment.
