My duties as an Caregiver/Personal Assistant are/but not limited to: Showering and assisting the client with hygiene and getting dressed. Changing soiled clothing/diapers and bedding. Applying ointments and cream to prevent bed sores/rotating them on their sides or changing locations of where they are sitting/laying. Preparing meals/housekeeping. Specializing in identifying the clients needs and creating a day to day, routine for them. Scheduling and taking them to appointments as needed as well as being on call for emergency purposes. Constant and accurate logging of medicine administered as well as taking and logging blood pressure, oxygen levels and temperature. Implementing activities into the clients day to keep them moving, healthy and finding ways to stimulate the brain. Assisting with physical therapy and mental motivation. I also specialize in G-tube feeding/Dementia
