I am an experienced certified nursing assistant with CHHA/HCA/DSP certifications bringing 5 years of dedicated patient care in both facility and home based environment. Passionate and committed to the well being of elderly patients to improve their quality of life. Assisted 30 residents with ADLs, including hygiene and day program. Monitored patient schedules, including doctor appointments, exercise routines, medication assistance, recreation, and family visits. As a CNA & HHA I've cared for over 20 patients in home based settings whilst receiving patient satisfactory remarks. I have also assisted dementia patients with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and exercise. Managed bed to wheelchair transfers, experienced with using hoyer lift, perform bed baths, diaper change and housekeeping duties like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep. Drive clients to doctor appointments and followed patient's care.
