Binita has been with our family for 2+ years where she took care of my two kids - son (8 months) and daughter (4 months) till they were ready to go to daycare. She cared for them with a lot of warmth and helped them achieve their development milestones, including helping them nap and feed by themselves. She was patient while navigating toddler tantrums and helped calm them down with her loving and consistent approach. One of the best things about her is that Binita takes feedback really well and is willing to adapt to suit the family's parenting style which was very important to me as a first time mother. She sang, played and read to the kids, and was never distracted in her attention. In addition to all the typical childcare duties, she prepared nutritious food for the kids, and has always gone above and beyond in treating the family as her own. We and the kids adore her, and she is now an extended family member.
