Bianca is a wonderful nanny that I can recommend to any parent without any hesitation or reservations. She hits that perfect spot of being a practical caregiver who understands the needs of working parents - she's reliable, dependable, and flexible - while also being able to focus on the needs of the children she's caring for and meet them where they are in terms of developmental milestones and individual personalities. And, as an added bonus, her Spanish and English are both great, so she can easily care for her charges in either language. Bianca cared for my daughter from 6 months old until she entered a daycare setting around 20 months. Bianca fostered a wonderful relationship with my daughter & supported her social skills (with another baby in the share) and practical life skills (nap routine, drinking from a glass). She was also kind enough to pick-up my older child from preschool occasionally when I needed to work late, and he always had a blast with Bianca.
