I have worked as a caregiver for over 20 years. I truly love working with seniors because they have so much to share with me. I am a hardworking, compassionate, understanding, empathetic, patient and caring woman. My experience includes working with Alzheimer's and Dementia patients, stroke victims and partially paralyzed patients. I am prepared and willing to shop, meal plan and prepare meals, house work, transport to appointments, laundry and/or whatever else your specific needs are. Bernadette is an angel, or at least my family and I believe she must be with how wonderful she is. Both my parents adore her and we wish we could clone her to cover all the hours in the day. My mother became bedridden and developed hospital delirium while in rehab. Her delirium eventually changed into dementia. It was like my mother changed overnight cognitively. So, we needed help for her care. Bernadette started helping us from the very beginning. She’s very caring and compassionate towards all my mother’s needs. We eventually moved both my parents to assisted living, but kept Bernadette because she was just so wonderful for my parents and their mental well-being. We plan to keep Bernadette until both my parents pass, so no one can have her until then, ok? Until then, when Bernadette becomes available I 100% recommend her. She’s very much the best person to hire to care for your loved ones.
