About Bailey

Hey there, I'm Bailey! I strive to provide nurturing, empathetic care for Little One's as they grow and experience life for the first time. Through my 6 years of childcare experience, I've become passionate in fostering a sense of curiosity & magic for Little's, encouraging creative exploration & growth. I've mostly cared for infants & toddlers, but enjoy working with children of all ages. I believe in openly collaborating with parents, nurturing trust and continuity in each family's routine. I enjoy finding activities for each Little's developmental stage to create adventure in learning, and providing supportive care for each child's personality. I'm First Aid and CPR certified, and always looking for new ways to expand my understanding of child development and skills in providing excellent care.
