I've always been drawn to nurturing and supporting children's development. My passion for childcare was further ignited through my previous experiences babysitting my niece for weeks at a time, which solidified my desire to pursue a career in childcare and teaching. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, creativity, and a touch of formality. I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can flourish. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring that they receive regular updates about their child's day and any matters that arise. With a year of experience under my belt, I'm comfortable caring for up to two children between the ages of 1 and 3. I'm also happy to assist with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I LOVE engaging in arts and crafts with kids, solving educational games and puzzles, and playing pretend. I'm always seeking opportunities to make learning fun and interactive.
