Erica is a caring thoughtful and responsible care giver. She is always on time and ready to work with our child to ensure he is constantly learning and challenged, and just having fun. She is very in tune with our child to help him learn in his own ways and experience things he likes to do. Erica goes above and beyond doing small house chores regularly which is a huge time saver as busy parents and really shows the extra effort. She’s always on time and ready to work! She’s been involved with helping understand our needs as parents and implementing learning strategies for our child that we wanted. She takes and gives feedback to the parents and we adjust. I would hire her again!
