About Autumn

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, curious, and understanding. I like working with kids because they show us all the things we forget to pay attention to as adults! I'm looking for a job that allows some flexibility in how I approach each day with children-I love to see what unexpected fun the day may have for us :) I started working with kids when I had 2 of my own in my early twenties. I homeschooled my oldest child from kindergarten-2nd grade, and my youngest tagged along for that whole adventure. In my spare time, I like to connect with my large community of friends. I love to read and write poetry. I also make vibrant mixed-media abstract art! One thing you should know about me is I want to offer care to a family who could use intentional emotional support.
