About Toni

Hi! I started working with kids when I was just 12 years old babysitting in rural Iowa! I'm now 48 with teen kids & 20+ years of teaching experience. I own my own biz in which I teach yoga & crafts in after school & summer day camps. I've grown a lot as a teacher. I've always lead with love, but through my own therapy, I've learned so much about SEL and nervous system regulation. Kids are learning constantly & are looking to adults to understand their own boundaries. Creating a fun & brave environment for kids to play & explore can foster their autonomy & boundary setting. I love seeing kids getting to know themselves! In my spare time, I like to hang with my teens, cat, & dog, hike, backpack, bike, travel, run, watch movies, & chat with dear friends. One thing you should know about me is I'm a social introvert! I LOVE to hang with humans & then spend a lot of time by myself. My skills include holding space for big emotions, bringing the silly, letting kids be themselves.
