About Aubriana

I grew up with a big family of 10 siblings and was always a right hand mother hen for my mother. That grew into becoming a nanny throughout high school and after for multiple family's with ages ranging from 1-13 years old. I have been working as a behavioral technician for the past two years with kids with autism. It has giving me a great skill set with working with kids with multiple personalities, behaviors and helping keep them engaged in age appropriate goals for negative and positive behaviors. I have multiple creative age appropriate activities I love engaging kids with. I tend to do a preference assessment of potential interest with children to find what activities they're most interested in to keep them engaged. Such as, coloring, imaginary play, reading, educational games, sports, board games etc. What matters the most to me about being a nanny is the safety of the children and meeting all the expectations the parents want for their children.
