About Teri

My name is Teri and I'm from New Haven/ Lenox. I have lived here except for when I lived in Detroit for school. I went to Wayne State and got my bachelors sociology in 2010 and my Masters in criminal justice in 2014. I have been babysitting, tutoring, and working with children since I was about 12. I also have experience working with children with physical disabilities, mental disabilities, learning disabilities, and children on different levels of the spectrum of autism. One of the biggest things with children in my opinion is to listen to them, to answer every single question because knowledge is one of the most important things that we can pass on to them. That really is one of the most magic things about kids you can see them learning and growing with every new activity.
