About Astrid

My experience with children spans many years. First as the stay at home mother for three daughters, who are university educated and independent. Then as a volunteer and staff member of Contra Costa Children's Chorus I worked with children ages 6 to 18. Recently I was a driver for three Kids Only transportation companies, which required that I was cleared via National Fingerprinting and have a clean DMV record and a reliable vehicle. When COVID SIP started, I was full time with a 2 1/2-year-old for 4 months. I follow CDC guidelines and wish to work with one family, who also takes the precautions seriously. What I will bring to your family is someone who is mature, loving, patient and fun loving. I love playing with children and planning new activities, indoors and outdoors. I will always be guided by how a family likes to do things. Willing to be a team member of the family I work for, helping as much as I can with light housekeeping, laundry, meals etc.
