Hello! My name is Ariana and I'm currently living in Huntington Beach, California. I work as a registered behavior technician with kids who have autism. I've been working as an RBT since 2022 (range of ages from 2-11), and thoroughly enjoy working 1 on 1 with kids in the classroom and at home. Before this, I've also worked at a YMCA as a child care staff member ( experience with ages 6 weeks-6. years). I also have been a mentor and tutor to middle schoolers, tutoring for middle schoolers, and a summer camp counselor. I love reading with children, doing arts and crafts, going outside, and really doing anything to spark creativity! I'm big on having a child led approach to my interactions with kids, and allowing kids to explore their natural curiosities and independence!
