About Ashley

Growing up I was always volunteering to babysit my cousins. Then in 2014 I was offered a nanny position for a family twice a week in the evenings. They had a 4-month-old, and a one and a half year old. I watched their children for two years. I then started working at my first daycare in 2016, and I was there for six months. I was then offered a wonderful job at a different daycare where I currently work. I've been at my current job for two years. Where I currently work I am the lead teacher of the 3-year-old room.

Ashley is great with interacting with children from newborn through middle school. She had a calm approach to my children who are a little shy with new people. She was engaged with them the entire time. She is not someone who puts kids in front of a screen so she can go back to looking at her phone. She definitely has a passion for caring for kids and being intentionally interested in their interests.
