About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as very compassionate, adaptive, and very helpful. I like working with kids because I enjoy learning, with children they are very individual and have very interesting way of seeing things. I'm looking for a job that will reward me, in the sense that it is fulfilling. By working with children in smaller ratios I'd be able to really focus on the individuality of each and really be able to guide them in a path that allows for them to be resilient. I started working with kids when I was in high school, I babysat children of all ages. I did enjoy the connections that had been established as well as the memories made. In my spare time, I go to the gym, scenic views, or relax at home. One thing you should know about me is I am very open-minded. I enjoy receiving feedback/criticism because whether it be negative or positive I can learn from what was provided to me. My skills include communication, compassion, and empathy.
