Hello! My name is Ashley. I am 32 years old. I have over 10 years child care experience. I know what young children need to grow and develop. Most of my education/experience have been in centers/preschools infant/toddler age groups. I just finished working with two families; a nanny share. I was with the oldest boy since he was 10 months old, he just turned 3! The youngest boy started when he was 4months and is now 2 and a half. They both transitioned to preschool this fall. I just started working with a new family the beginning of November on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays so I am currently available to help on Tues/Thursdays. As well as my experience and education in infant/toddler development I also have a 9-year-old son myself.

Ashley has been our nanny (nanny share with two boys starting when they were babies) for the past two years and I am incredibly grateful for her and could not recommend her more highly. She worked in a daycare setting for years and is a Mom herself so she has a wealth of perspective and experience and nothing phases her. She's an amazing resource and has a gift for working with babies and toddlers. As a person, she's just awesome to be around. She's kind, patient, upbeat and really fun to talk to with a great sense of humor. She genuinely cares about my son and he loves her. She does creative art activities consistently with the boys and takes them outside whenever she can. She is always coming up with fun ideas to engage them. She sends pictures throughout the day which always brightens up my work day, knowing my son is having a great day at home. She's great with communication. Whatever family gets to work with her next is truly lucky. She is the best.
