Ariel is a fabulous nanny! We hired her while we were staying in Ashland for a month, and she adapted to our family so quickly and easily. I felt I could trust her right away and she didn't require much direction, she just so quickly found a rhythm with our family. When we had some hiccups with summer camps that my youngest was supposed to be attending, Ariel was able to step in with additional support. What a lifesaver! My kids loved her too! We would have taken her with us when we left if we could have!
