About Mara

I am a 25 yr old mama to a beautiful 3 yr old little girl who will be starting head start soon. I've been working in childcare since 2019 so it's been about 6 years. I have worked for three different daycares each one a little bit different. I am currently employed at a daycare but I am hoping once my daughter starts head-start I might be able to branch out and do some private care. I am CPR certified food handlers as well as registered with the Oregon registry so I have passed a back ground check. I absolutely love working with kids however the pay in an actual center just keeps getting worse and the hours aren't the best so I'd love to try a different environment while still getting to do what I love. I currently work Monday- Friday 8:30-5:30 but am available 6-10 on those nights & whenever on weekends. However I do not have my license I am working on it but I do have a reliable husband and vehicle to get me to and from where I need to go. I am also open to watching kids in my home.
