I completed 3 years of a BSN of Nursing; and have a BS in Exercise Science-wellness. PT tech as a rehab technician &CNA in a rehab hospital. I was a Pharmacy Tech for over 7 years, so medication management is a cinch. I am honored to be able to offer the mix of my tremendous gifting into being the best caregiver for my clients, which includes companion care (laughter is also medicine), a life coaching certificate thus can offer coaching on side; help in happiness motivating. I have professional experience as a housekeeper and organizer. I'm known as 'the healthy chef' by previous clients, can meal prep for diabetic needs, & can help optimize health thru nutrition. Helping patients stay active plus safe across a variety of conditions including fall risk, bedridden, and safe in transfers is a specialty. My nursing assistant experience includes caring for patients with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's/ dementia, stroke recovery, hygiene/bath/transfer needs including paraplegic care.
