I was a Pharmacy Technician for over 7 years, so my medication management skills are sharp:) I am honored to be able to offer the mix of my tremendous giftings into being the best caregiver for my clients, which includes companion care (laughter is also medicine, plus I just got a life coaching certificate &help in happiness motivating), Cleaning (I'm an experienced professional housekeeper), cooking (I'm known as 'the healthy chef' and can help optimize health thru nutrition), and helping patients stay active (experience as a therapy technician plus my bachelor's degree). My nursing assistant experience includes caring for patients with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's/ dementia, stroke recovery, hygiene/bath/transfer needs including paraplegic care.

Ariel looked after our 50-year-old son as he struggled to regain his capacities after a paralyzing stroke, when we could no longer do so. She was warm, encouraging, thoughtfully expert in the therapies, and supportive in every way, despite Daniel's gloom about his debilities. She was also immensely helpful to us in faraway Australia in reporting to us about his progress. I felt very blessed that we were so fortunate in finding her through Care.com
